Juwon Osibanjo

Mr Juwon Osibanjo was born 28th Jan. 1960. Attended St Judes Anglican pry school ilasamaja, Mushin, Lagos and Christ Apostolic pry school, ijebu ode Ogun state. Ijebu Ode grammar school ijebu ode

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at University of Lagos Akoka Lagos and Master’s Degree – MBA (Operation management) of Lagos State University Ojo Lagos. A member of Institute of Management with years of experience having served in senior managerial positions with the private sector companies.

A Fellow, institute of professional Managers and Administrators of Nigeria (IPMA)

Worked with UBA Plc. for 15years and left in 2005, as Senior Manager.

He joined Vmobile which developed to Celtel and Zain Nigeria
and left in 2010 as HOD: Shared Services. He has had several Management courses locally and internationally especially in South Africa, Jordan, Bahrain and Kenya where he run a Master’s programme in Human Resources with Zain Academy.

A highly motivated Human Resource Practitioner with major experience in Organizational Development, Corporate Management and Shared Services.
He established Capetrust Investment Ltd in 2010 as a shared service company
Currently, leading the company workforce.

A major player in Mass Transportation in Lagos state. He has LAGBUS Asset Management Ltd franchise and also currently manages the Bus Franchise Scheme(BFS) project for Lagos Metropolitan Area Transport Authority (LAMATA)
He has a contract to manage Ikeja Electric customer Service at Ikorodu.

He’s the current chairman of Simmy Auto Services at Ijede road. Ikorodu

Uche Ogbonna

Uchechukwu Michael Ogbonna is a seasoned Banker currently serves as Country Chief Executive of CFS Group (Ghana) Plc, a subsidiary of Cititrust Holdings Plc. He holds a degree in Accounting and Masters of Business Administration in Financial Management from the Lagos State University, Ojo. His distinguished professional career span over 17 years in various Banking institutions and companies notably among Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, Stanbic IBTC Bank, Defunct Enterprise Bank, Heritage Bank Plc and Juwac International Group of Companies.

Mr. Ogbonna Uche started his career as a Management Associate in Juwac Group of companies in 2003. In 2008, he moved to Guaranty Trust Bank where he worked in roles covering Customer service, Account Support Management, Relationship Management, Customer Consultant in Asset & Liability Management. He also served as Relationship Manager, Personal Banker, Business Banker, Bulk Acquisition Expert, and Regional Coordinator Direct Sales Representatives in Stanbic IBTC Bank. Having gained a wealth of experience in Commercial Banking, Branch Management supervision, Business Development and Financial Advisory Services, he moved to the defunct Enterprise Bank Limited where he attained the role of Team lead Retail and SME Banking before the acquisition of the Bank by Heritage Bank. In addition to these responsibilities.

Mr. Ogbonna Uche briefly assumed a role of General Manager for marketing, sales and distribution in Juwac International Group of Companies before joining the management team of Cititrust Financial services Limited. In Cititrust Financial Services Limited, a subsidiary of Cititrust Holdings Plc, he served as Managing Partner of Cititrust Assets Management Limited, a fund Management Company where he successfully led the Establishment, Expansion and Strategy Execution of the Company. Uche brings with him an impressive knowledge of Global Capital market, Commercial and Investment Banking, as well as an influential network. His knowledge of Capital raising and Business development & Management is also a huge asset to the company His stint on these roles was remarkable as a result of his dynamism for marketing and project implementation.

He is a very passionate and self –driven person with strong interest in motivating and mentoring young people. His track record of wining is driven by creativity, excellent customer service delivery and key relationship management. Uche as fondly called possesses strong skills and deep market knowledge as well as constructive business fundamentals relevant to the financial services industry. He is experienced across Retail, SMEs, Commercial, E-business, Private Wealth, Management, Credit, Marketing and Business Development. He has interest in music, leadership training and mentoring He’s a member of Chattered Institute of Marketing and happily married with Children.

Yemi Adefisan

Yemi has been widely exposed to business formation, strategy and planning in the course of his career spanning over twenty (20) years’ experience ranging from banking, Oil and Gas, Real Estate, Manufacturing and Logistics Industry.

Yemi a consummate Banker and Financial Expert, he had previously worked with Seven Up Bottling Co. Plc, Pacific Bank Limited (Unity Bank Plc), Crystal Microfinance Bank Limited, Skye Bank Plc, EAIN Capital Group, Fast Credit Limited.

He obtained a Master in Business Administration from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomosho, Oyo State, Metropolitan School of Business and Management, and University of Chichester (Distinction), UK. A Fellow of Microfinance Association UK, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (Chartered) and Institute of Management Consultant. He is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered), Institute of Directors (IOD) Nigeria, Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) and Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

He has attended several Executive Management and Board training programs at IESE Business School Barcelona, Spain. Lagos Business School, The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, USA, The Housing Finance, Canada, Strathmore University Business School, Kenya.

He sits on the Board of over 15 Companies across Africa.
He is currently the Group Chief Executive of CITITRUST Holdings Plc

Lambert Keriba

Mr. Keriba is an Executive Director with responsibility for Legal & Research.

He is a lawyer by profession and a member of the Ghana Bar Association. He is an accomplished investment Banker with over 15 years’ experience in the investment banking space in Ghana.

 He holds an MBA in Finance from the Central University and B.Sc. Administration from the University of Ghana Business School and has also been licensed as an investment advisor by the Securities and Exchange Commission

Lambert’s investment banking experience has been largely centered on investment research dating back to 2003 with cross border experiences as a Research Analyst. This exposed him to a wide range of advisory engagements including Public Policy, Corporate Finance, Business Planning and Economic Analysis.

 His broad research was given a boost when he decided to focus his research career on the capital market by moving to NTHC Ltd, the oldest Brokerage house in Ghana as a Research and Corporate Finance Analyst. He became a market watcher and tracked the performance of the GSE, undertook equity research activities in most of the listed companies and made investment recommendations to high profile investors. He also researched extensively on the Ghanaian economy for publication in various media houses.

  Lambert also served as a Head of Research for First Atlantic Brokers Limited for almost 10 years and also acted as the General Manager of First Atlantic Brokers Limited in the course of his career.

 Lambert practiced at the Law Temple in Accra as a private legal practitioner before joining the CFS Everbond Group Ghana Ltd.

Raphael Yeboah

Mr. Raphael Yeboah is a senior lawyer and currently a senior member of Alliance Law, a private Law firm in Accra where he practices Law.
Mr. Raphael Yeboah is a senior lawyer and currently a senior member of Alliance Law, a private Law firm in Accra where he practices Law. He was formally a staff with the Forest Services Division of the Forestry Commission for over thirty (30) years.  As a serving member of the Forestry Commission, he held various management positions including serving as the Executive Director of the Forest Services Division responsible for the Management and Administration of the Forest Resources of Ghana.

Mr. Yeboah brings on board a good depth of experience in the area of corporate institutional governance, strategic planning and management as he was a leading member of the team that undertook the institutional reforms of the Ghana Forestry Commission to bring together five (5) stand-alone departments to form the newly re-established Forestry Commission. He was passionately involved in the Legal and Change Management reforms of the institution.

Mr. Yeboah has a BSc. in Renewable Natural Resource Management from KNUST and a M.Sc Degree in Forest Management from University of Aberdeen Scotland, UK.

Mr. Yeboah has undergone series of legal training, at BPP Law School, London (PgDL); Northumbria University, Newcastle UK (Solicitor).  

He is a highly analytical and quantitative person who is very passionate in achieving results and demonstrates high level of motivation in meetings.

Mensah Torgbor

Mr. Torgbor Mensah is a non-executive Director of CFS Everbond Group Ghana Ltd.
He is a graphic designer by profession, an entrepreneur with over 35 years’ experience in the advertising sector and Chairman of the Outdoor Sector of the Advertising Association of Ghana. He is the originator of the Ghana International Furniture and Wood Working Industry Exhibition (GIFEX Exhibition) and has over 20 years’ experience in International Exhibitions. He has been the official overseas exhibition builder and decorator for Ghana since 1976. He has been part of Ghanaian Trade Missions to several countries and has served on the board of several national and private institutions.

Torgbor Mensah is the Executive Chairman of The Great Argon Holdings, the largest Integrated Marketing Communications Group in Ghana. He has several other business interests such as Digital Printing and Real Estate and has won numerous accolades and recognition for his entrepreneurship.

He is the founder of DDP Outdoor Limited, Ghana’s biggest outdoor advertising company with affiliations in Togo, Benin, Burkina Faso, Mali, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea, Guinea Bissau, Cote d’Ivoire, Senegal, Chad, Niger, Kenya, Democratic Republic of Congo and South Africa.

He has a passion for social work and has been a member of many community development boards.

Steve Yirenkyi

Mr. Yirenkyi serves as the Chairman of the Board.

He is an Engineer by profession and an active member of the Ghana Institution of Engineers and the National Institute of Black Engineers and has over 17 years of professional experience and practice as an engineer.

Mr. Yirenkyi has M.Sc. Mechatronics Systems Engineering from the University of Newcastle in the United Kingdom and also holds BSc. Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

Mr. Yirenkyi has a vast range of experiences working in both Ghana and in the United Kingdom. He is currently the Managing Director of SC Engineering Limited and Dexter Engineering Limited. He earlier worked with Goldfields Ghana Limited as Unit Project Manager and a Project Electrical Engineer. He was also responsible for Quality Control at Airedale International, UK and Electrical Technician at Schneider Electrics UK.

Over the years Steve has built several skills and expertise including Quality Control, Engineering Project management, Tactical management as well as People management.

He brings to bear on the Board of CFS Everbond his strong appreciation of issues in relation to technology, innovation and creativity.

Emmanuel Enubuogidi

Emmanuel Ikechukwu Enubuogidi is an innovative Chartered Accountant with over 19 years of progressive experience managing most aspects of finance functions – financial analysis, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Tax management, business strategy, and customer relation. He had stints in various sectors of the economy, notable amongst are Transport & logistics, financial consultancy, and Non-banking financial institutions.

With his vast experience in a wide range of sectors of the economy, he has gained a reputation for making the right choices on key business decisions.

Emmanuel holds an Executive MBA from Swiss School of Business & Management (SSBM) Geneva, Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from M-Gibes College of Business & Management UK. He also holds Certificates in Strategic Management & Innovation and Oracle Financials 11i from Metropolitan School of Business & Management UK and Oracle University USA respectively. He is an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and the Chartered Institute of Project Management Ghana.

Sylvester Amponsah

Williams is an adept professional in Finance with over 30 years of work experience in the Financial Services sector. He has worked with various institutions across the spectrum of the sector including Savings and Loans Companies and Finance Houses both in the United Kingdom and Ghana.

In the UK, he worked in various Accounting capacities with companies like Meta Management Services, Sleeping Giants Company Limited, and finally Ethos Communications Ltd before relocating to Ghana in 2002.

In Ghana before joining EFS Ltd., some of the most notable portfolios he has held have been very senior-level roles such as Portfolio Accountant for SAS Financial Services Ltd., General Manager of ASN Financial Services Ltd., and very recently General Manager of Corporate Banking at Express Savings & Loans.

He holds a B.A. Hons. in Accounting & Finance from the University of North London (now London Metropolitan University).

William also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and an MBA in Finance, both from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

Most importantly, he is a professional member of the globally recognized International Association of Consultants, Valuators, and Analysts (IACVA)

Anita Asamoa-Toku

Anita Asamoa- Toku is a Human Resource Management professional. She joins the team with a rich experience from the financial services sector, having managed entire workforces from entry level staff to top management. Anita is well versed in Ghana’s Labour Law, Enterprise Resource Planning, Human Resource Practices and Compliance Solutions.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, coupled with extensive professional training in Lagos –Nigeria. She has completed professional certification from the Institute of Human Resource Practitioners and is well placed with over 5 years working experience.

Joycelyn Owusu
Service Manager /Head of Operations

Joycelyn is responsible for the Service Management unit of CFS Everbond Group Ghana Limited with the core responsibility of ensuring customer satisfaction and support with the ultimate goal of achieving and sustaining customer retention. She is a licensed Fund Manager’s Representative with over five years of high-level quality service delivery in the Financial Sector with strong competencies in investment banking. She is a self-motivated individual with deep customer knowledge which she brings to bear in her duties. Joycelyn has a strong understanding of customer peculiar needs which calls for service differentiation. She leads the Customer Service team in providing top notch service to our customers. She has developed a robust customer service policy and procedures which has resulted in a high level of customer retention and loyalty.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the prestigious Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi. She has a professional certification from the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) on its Securities courses and is licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Fund Manager’s Representative.
